Payment is made either online by Bank Card or Paypal, or by cheque.

Online payment is handled by the interface of the bank site or through the PayPal service. This ensures the security of your payment.

Payment in several times is not accepted.

The invoice will be avaible on your wab account.

Online payment by Bank Card

The accepted cards are: VISA, CB and MASTERCARD.

Your order is not taken into account until after the entering of your bank card number for the payment.

This payment undergoes definitive validation by the GIE carte bancaire (Bank Card Group).
The account is debited 1 day after recording of the transaction.

In the case where items are out of stock, the amount for the cancelled article(s) will either be deducted from the total amount debited or paid back to your account within 7 working days after the debit of the amount for the original order.

For your card payment, after you enter your card number, you enter the page of your bank.
This step is called 3D secure.
3D Secure is a secure payment protocol developed on the Internet to increase the security level of e-transactions.

You will be asked for personal information which allow to prevent fraudulent use of your card.

Online payment by Paypal

PayPal may be used to make purchases, receive payments or send and receive money to and from friends and family.

To pay via PayPal, you need to set up an account on the PayPal website.

The transaction is carried out without having to reveal your bank details; you simply identify yourself with your email address and a password.

Payment by check

The order will only be released on receipt of the cheque and after a verification of the cheque.
Only French checks are accepted.
The amount of the check must be equal to the command (you can not deduct any vouchers of the order), otherwise we will be forced to return the check.
The cheque should be made out to LMV La Mode est à Vous and should arrive within 7 days following the validation of the order at the following address :

Warning, for the receipt of checks we will follow the steps below :
- No reception within 3 days: 1st warning

Payment by loyalty or birthday cheque (cheque fidélité / anniversaire) or other promotional operations

The vouchers are available on the account of Internet user.

In case they would not appear on the account, contact customer service by mail by clicking here or by phone at 05.34.96.25.64.

The coupons can not be deducted from the amount payable to the order by the Internet: the settlement amount must be equal to the amount of the invoice.

About delivery

At home, at work or on holiday anywhere : you can choose your delivery address for your LMV La Mode est à Vous order.

LMV La Mode est à Vous uses its two partners, TNT and La Poste, to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently.

One of these two carriers will be responsible for delivering your order, depending on the destination.

1. Delivery to the address of your choice:
You can have any order placed before 4.00 pm delivered to your home within 24 hours in mainland France and 48 hours in Corsica.
Your order is delivered in exchange for a signature to ensure that your parcel is safe.
If you're not at home to take delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card in your letter box and drop your parcel off at the nearest parcel collection centre.

2. Delivery to a parcel collection centre:
In mainland France you can have your order delivered to the TNT parcel collection centre of your choice.
To do this, select "parcel collection centre" when you order and choose the one that suits you best.
To pick up your parcel, youu'll need to show proof of identity and state your name and first name clearly.
Delivery charges for mainland France and Corsica:
Purchases worth 0€; to 50€: 7.90€
Purchases worth 50€; to 100€: 3.95€
Orders over 100€: free delivery

About Gift-wrapping

Your order will be nicely wrapped and sent to the recipient you have chosen. For this, you need to modify the delivery address, register the address of the recipient and give your billing address.

Your bill can be downloaded from your web account. It won't be sent with the order, it will be replaced by a delivery form with the articles that have been shipped without their price.

All return requests have to be made from the web account that placed the order. All returned articles will be systematically refunded on the expeditor account. For an exchange, a new order has to be made.
